A one-stop destination custom-crafted exclusively for BEA Credit Cardholders. This all-encompassing platform empowers users with a host of features, including the latest offers and the ability to redeem a diverse range of gifts using their Bonus Points. Additionally, it provides a convenient credit card account summary, offering insights into transaction records and Bonus Point balances, complete with expiry dates. The app also opens up a world of rewards, allowing users to seamlessly convert Bonus Points into coveted Asia Miles, redeem them for exciting coupons or gifts, or even transform them into usable spending credit. For added flexibility, you can even pay with your rewards by converting Bonus Points directly into cash to offset your transactions. The BEA Mall app redefines the credit card experience, making it more rewarding and hassle-free for BEA Credit Cardholders.

My Tasks
As an UX/UI designer of the Innovation Department at the Bank of East Asia, a newly established division within the bank, this project involves close collaboration with various stakeholders. This includes working closely with the product owner, project manager, developers, and engaging with different teams within the bank, such as compliance, marketing, credit card, and data teams.
User Research and Analysis
